Those are the latest eye pencil colors by Urban Decay i bought the blue & the green one they are very creamy & it shows very strong when used inside the eye plus its glittery ;) 

I also bought the green one from the latest Mac collection, but it wasn't  strong enough for my eyes, unlike my sister she was very happy with the result she got from mac ! 

SO 

If your eye is teary & moist like mine go with Urban Decay, but if its normal use mac ;) 

Both brands had lovely bright colors that could up lift your look in seconds.
